Refund, Return & Delivery Policy
Because our designs are created with fresh, perishable flowers, all sales are final.
Once flowers leave our care—whether through pickup, delivery, or installation—we are not responsible for their condition, longevity, or care. Environmental factors such as temperature, handling, water quality, placement, and time are beyond our control and can significantly affect the lifespan of florals.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements, plants, or any perishable items.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for:

Natural variations in color, bloom stage, or floral variety

Expected wilting or aging consistent with fresh flowers

Damage or decline occurring after delivery or pickup

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than product quality
If you believe there is a quality issue at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and include clear photographic documentation. While refunds are not guaranteed, concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Chartreuse Floral is no longer responsible for the condition, care, or security of the flowers.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Unattended deliveries

Exposure to heat, cold, wind, or direct sunlight

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Access limitations (gated residences, offices, hotels, venues, concierge desks)

Flowers left with a receptionist, front desk, security, or third party
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion. In these cases, Chartreuse Floral is not responsible for theft, damage, or reduced vase life resulting from environmental exposure or handling after delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we take every precaution to ensure a thoughtful and timely delivery experience, Chartreuse Floral cannot be held liable for delays or conditions caused by weather, traffic, recipient availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Care Responsibility
All arrangements are provided with basic care guidance. Proper care after handoff is the responsibility of the recipient, and we cannot guarantee vase life once flowers are no longer under our supervision.
