Our Process

STEP ONE
Start by filling out the form below with as many details as you can. We want to understand your client’s vision and ensure we’re the right creative partner for their day. While we’re based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we happily design for events near and far.
STEP TWO
Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll schedule a collaborative intake meeting to dive deeper into your client’s vision and event details. From there, we’ll craft an initial proposal thoughtfully tailored to align with your goals.
STEP THREE
A full design proposal will be shared once the contract is signed and a 30% retainer is received.
At that point, your clients are officially on our calendar and they’ll receive a curated Chartreuse Floral welcome gift.
